You may expect a steady, breath-led flow linking poses with mindful transitions and progressive sequencing. This class builds strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance with clear cues, options, and a supportive pace suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Please note that online classes run with minimum of 4 registrations. Kindly register in advance.
