The Vinyasa Flow Group Yoga Class runs online over Zoom for 70 minutes with maximum group of 10.
You may expect a steady, breath-led flow linking poses with mindful transitions and progressive sequencing. This class builds strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance with clear cues, options, and a supportive pace suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
